What does goty edition even mean then?

All the DLC is just cars, why would you not just buy standard? Best car isn't even DLC.

I bought it without really thinking because GOTY usually means best version for every other game.

It's perfectly acceptable for a GOTY version of a game to come out with some free perks for new people wanting to purchase. For online multiplayer games that continue to grow, I do not see it as a catch all pass for future DLC. Nobody should. b*tch
