Not really, he can do good damage and has interesting combos but he takes a shit ton of damage really quickly if you do get hit.
His dodge is nice but if somebody knows what they're doing they can animation lock him with loop combos until he stamina breaks himself.

Frieze is there to break the tie. Koren is strong enough to match evenly with goku in his new state. They’ll be neck and neck till time runs out And universe 7 will win by default because of Frieza.

Super armor by far, ATK up is pretty much as balanced as it gets for limit bursts. Health regen is more or less useless because you take more damage than you heal up and the stamina regen isn't fast enough to save you.

Busted limit breaks are Defense Armor, whis' soul (health regen autoblocks) and stuff like double damage for Justice Combination.

There's still RNG to get skills, but is a huge improvement over the first game. Even if you don't like PvP, there is tons of content.

So Xenoverse 2 isn't half bad for fan service, every race got a transformation even if 3/6 are shit. They definitely fixed some of the RNG because you at least get the ultimate finish every time so long as you meet the requirements for it.
Netcode's kinda awful if you want it for PVP though.

It's got a lot of problems but it's much better than XV1.

You have a really long story mode, 100 paralel quests, around 10 expert missions... The bad thing is unlike in the first game, you have to do and unlock everything again everytime you make a new character. At least the skills/money/medals are shared.

There is so much unnecessary power creep in DBZ, it's unreal. The entire super sayan thing went to shit almost immediately with the cell saga. If Toriyama just went a little easy on the gas it would have been much better.

Here is a rough draft
Goku is the first Super Sayan against Freeza after he kills Krillin.
Future Gohan is the second one after the Androids kill everyone.
Then Future Trunks after Gohan dies.
(So far it's okay.)
Vegeta does not fucking get to be a super sayan just because he wants to.
Swole Trunks is canceled.
Training alone doesn't get teen gohan to super, he only reaches it against cell. And the goku is a permanent super sayan stuff is also canceled.
majin Vegeta becomes a super sayan fighting goku or majin buu and blowing himself up.
Goku shows off super sayan 2 against buu.
Goten and Trunks don't get to be super sayans by themselves, only after fusing to gotenks.
vegito being a super sayan is fine.
super sayan 3 in canceled.

Frieza and Cell at least had some semblance of a personality to help back them up as characters, I don't mind Jiren from a design standpoint I just wish we got to know him better as a character instead of as a wall.

Frieza is going to show up while both fighters are exhausted and Goku is about to land the final blow and gloat about how he's going to use the wish to become invincible and enslave all the universes, which will make Goku sacrifice the win by taking out Frieza. Then Jiren will be redeemed by making a good wish and Goku gets yet another villain turned ally for his team.
