Pokemon isn't ruined, and Lillie certainly didn't ruin it. It's been in a "dark age" ever since 2013, true, but that's more to do with fairies, megas, and the general design philosophy change from Gen 5 and prior to Gen 6+

Pokemon games have terrible writing and everyone not in charge of art assets are just getting super lazy and complacent. (Even that bullshit in the anime about the GS ball). Only good that comes from the franchise is porn. And occasionally funny model swaps of characters acting like team skull.
