I think it's vidyakino

They clearly think they're more intelligent than they actually are.

I think you're homokino

SEQUEL WHEN?

You couldn't make a sequel to it

Pretty good.
Gameplay is lame

Thought provoking and super atmospheric walking sim basically, with flawed but serviceable enemy avoidance gameplay and an inherent disconnect with the protag because he is a dumbass who can't into scifi

good story telling and moral questions
stupid protagonist and not much of a video game

story was good, gameplay sucked

>sequel

Gameplaywise it's a walking sim with annoyances, play it on pussy mode, it's just tedious to wait for those slowass enemies to get the fuck out of your way already.

Storywise, I guess it's quite mindblowing if you haven't been exposed to the teleportation-cloning thought experiment before. Probably a much better introduction to it than I had, just reading about it for a philosophy of mind class. Very nice atmosphere, if not scary.

Nu-frictional. Also too many retards misunderstood the mind copying.

It's bad.

oh yeah, and the protag was fucking stupid, I hated him from the very start, the shit in his apartment, holy fuck, that pretentious beach photo of his own feet, those emails of his, I was looking forward to pain and torture being inflicted on him

The enemies were not fun to avoid at all

The adventure of the dumbest man ever in shitty rapture

it is kino but the fate of the MC is fabricated drama.

It was pretty great, even if a bit schizophrenic about what type of game it really wanted to be. I have high expectations for Frictional's new projects.

Haha imagine sticking your penis in that

What the fuck were they thinking with the enemies? I genuinely don't understand. It seemed like I couldn't ever avoid them the hiding way, it was genuinely easier to just sprint past everything.

I bought the PS4 version before I got a gaming PC and only played like 10 minutes of it. I remember it running like total garbage.
Is it worth going through? Not going to buy it again.

It's ok

Honestly a pretty great game, it gets way too much shit on Sup Forums

The main complaint about the game is that "isn't scary" but I never understood this. Maybe I just get immersed very easily but this game had some pretty terrifying moments. The server room, Terry Akers, the trench, TAU. The plot itself was far more terrifying than the magic bullshit from Amnesia. Its true that SOMA has less gameplay depth, but you could argue that intense puzzle solving and resource management was never that important to the actual horror to begin with. I think people are just desensitized at this point.

The structure and pacing of SOMA is also incredibly superior to that of Amnesia. Every monster encounter is different and the plot actually moves along.

It had some interesting concepts and the setting was cool but it felt underused somehow

Catherine? Catherine? Please don't leave me...

What a dumbfuck

He should have just killed himself
