It's canon again, Mario is a plumber
nintendo.co.jp/character/mario/characters/index.html

PIICHI DAISUKI

I don't speak moon

It says: Mario wa purumberu desu.

>again
Huh?

Chink characters are fucking gay. Japs should use kana only.

I'd certainly make everybody's lives easier.

>mario continuity and taking its canon seriously.
don't do this.

What are those sounds? BING, WAHOO and 1-UP?

>caring about lore
>in mario

HERE

People were genuinely angry that Nintendo changed it. What's wrong with them.

> being a pseud

Well it does have the deepest lore.

Mario has literally always been a plumber. When was it noncanon?

Idiots took a joke on the Mario Odyssey JP webpage literally.

Somebody from Nintendo said sometime last year that he didn't work as a plumber anymore. Which is absolutely true, he's been the titular Hero of the Mushroom Kingdom for decades now, and retards went apeshit about it.

no, he still does plumbing jobs between adventures and they still hint towards it from time to time
like how he and luigi fixed the clear pipe in 3D world
and also simply from the fact that they're still wearing plumber clothes
there's toilets in the mushroom kingdom too you know

also, the very fact that peach gets kidnapped in almost every game leaves mario with very little plumbing work to do
as indicated in super princess peach the princess has some serious toilet problems

>Daisy still exists
fake

haha do you think peach clogs her toilet?
do think she gets embrassed when she calls mario over to fix it? haha

>Mario isn't middle aged, he's a young man
>Mario isn't from Big City, he's from the Mushroom Kingdom
>Mario isn't a plumber, he's just a hero
>Mario isn't human, he's a cousin of Toad

All the 80's lore (and common assumptions to be fair) is being tossed out the window. Where will it end?
>Mario and Luigi are not be actual brothers, just good friends
>Mario isn't biologically a man, he's a transman

I thought he was a caveman

...

>important member of the Mario roster

>he's a cousin of toad

Wait, when was that established?

too many homophones for that
