What a cute bear.

>Boss has Fear as a status effect
>it functions simply by making you so scared you can't move
>has a 50% chance of activating at any moment and can continue activating consecutively if you're unlucky enough

>The boss is incredibly adorable looking and huggable.

>boss can heal itself

post bears

>boss uses your powerups

reminder: scientists haven't found any earthly reason for taridgrades to exist

What's this?
This doesn't look like videogames

Invincible microscopic bear. Thing can survive floating through space.

Why does there need to be a reason, faggot?

then it will be here for ages

>Implying ANYTHING has a reason to exist

>Multiple enemies boss battle
>They can revive each other

are there any games where some enemies and bosses react differently to status effects? e.g instead of halting all actions when inflicted with sleep, they can still attack/move/etc

>the actual boss is a minor part of the boss, not the main target

What happens if you cut it in half?

...

>extremely susceptible to fire
>susceptible to stun
good job retard
and tardigrades can't survive long term and thrive in extreme environments
their defence mechanisms are temporary so its more like they delay the status effects

>Double boss
>killing one of them makes the other "enraged" and hit stupidly hard and be near untouchable
>have to keep both alive for as long as possible to kill them at the same time for this reason

>hasn't watched the tier zoon on tardigrades

dumbasses

ALIENS, THEIR FUCKING ALIENS, I KNEW IT.

then you have two bear
bear win everytim

It would be extremely painful

>Tardigrades are considered to be able to survive even complete global mass extinction events due to astrophysical events, such as supernovae, gamma-ray bursts, or large meteorite impacts.[10][11] Some of them can withstand extremely cold temperatures down to 1 K (−458 °F; −272 °C) (close to absolute zero), while others can withstand extremely hot temperatures up to 420 K (300 °F; 150 °C)[34] for several minutes, pressures about six times greater than those found in the deepest ocean trenches, ionizing radiation at doses hundreds of times higher than the lethal dose for a human, and the vacuum of outer space.[35] They can go without food or water for more than 30 years, drying out to the point where they are 3% or less water, only to rehydrate, forage, and reproduce.[3][36][37][38][39] Tardigrades that live in harsh conditions undergo an annual process of cyclomorphosis, allowing for survival in sub-zero temperatures

What the fuck

>Boss fight
>There is a huge statue behind the Boss
>"Boss" dies
>Real Boss was the statue that steps up now

SHitty reddit animal

>boss isn't meant to be beaten
>they have an item that drastically increases their defenses
>can still beat them and take their special item

Do they fug?

>le reddit microorganism

Can you keep cutting it until it multiplies into a super organism?

Nature is so fascinating, it bothers me to death that I'm sadly not intelligent enough to study something related to thse fields.

There is to possibility that somewhere in this universe there is an intelligent life form similar to the Tardigrades, amazing.

Centipedes are cute!!

>boss can mind control you into casting a full-heal spell at him

reminder: scientists haven't found any earthly reason for humans to exist

And this is why white people are boring at parties, they have to compete with this

wait what? how is that reddit? I thought they were really gangsta
what makes an animal reddit?

"Whatever I don't like is le Reddit!"

>the bucket
Alright niggers can be funny sometimes.

>kill a boss that isn't supposed to die this early
>"Ha! That was just a double! The real boss is in another castle!"

Literal monkeys
>that bucket

>Double Boss
>Kill one first, the other will get enraged and the music changes
>Kill the other one first, that boss will call her partner useless
>They both have their own theme
>The cold hearted one gets Judas kiss

>I don't like it so it's Reddit

>IT'S POPULAR AND MAINSTREAM
>FUCKING NORMIES
>BET REDDIT IS BEHIND THIS

Something-something along those lines.

Fighting dragons D&D games is always such a bitch because of this.

I can't tell is she about to be raped?

This is what should happen to hambeasts. Followed by the gas chambers.

>waterbears
Dumb lowtier faggots
youtube.com/watch?v=aMUvNWuSq6I

You ever see garter snakes mating?

What are some games where I can play as a tardigrade?

I have no idea what's going on in this webm.

>any Dragon Quest game
>Tons of spells with status effects that would be a waste of mana to use on trash monsters that die in a few hits
>bosses are immune to all of them

WHY

And Liberals don't think those things are sub-humans.

Immunology>Pathogenic microbiology.

>boss is actually immortal and after a futile bossfight you lose the game

>having trouble with a fucking DQ game
holy shit, kys

Pavement ape mating display

Ever heard of reading comprehension, user?

There was absolutely nothing in that post that could lead you to infer he was having difficulty with the game.

>missing your whole party's turn against Dialga in PMD because of this

youtube.com/watch?v=aMUvNWuSq6I

Doesn't really seem she's against it either, guess everyone is jacked up on drugs.

What the fuck, they are literally super saiyan

Any reason for you to exist faggot?

>Curb stomp a boss
>Cutscene shows you losing

>kick bosses ass
>bring him to half health
>get "rescued" to fight him later

>Xenoblade
>Statuses, buffs and debuffs are a core part of gameplay and are of huge help against bosses, even necessary against the endgame superbosses
>You can stunlock most enemies with Break+Topple+Daze and keep them down for half of the battle if you are good enough

Get fucked dragonqucks and finalfags.

Congradruashun! You are retard!

Nigger's gonna nig

Horse Wiener?

>character has low lck stat

What the fuck is happening there?

It would die. It's a meme build. It can resist heavy thermal conditions like lava and extreme negative temperatures along with radiation, but it dies to just about everything else for basically no reason. Not only that, but they're cannibals.

for some reason the pic didn't upload

It can also survive molten lava. But it's not actually a bear...

Play MMOs so this is like regular territory for me. People really that shit @ games?

>Carrying a full heal spell on you
That's a wasted skill slot

Yeah, thankfully anti-fear spells exist.

...

Is that a thing in Echoes that can only be done with Tobin?

>extremely poor grammar
>double quote
>inexplicable "@" replacing the word "at"

sir are you having a stroke?

>boss was actually the hero all along

>for some reason the pic didn't upload
how unlucky

someone has to suck all that cock.

protip: "gangsta" is also reddit

Most of the board is reddit for that matter.

Because reddit is very conceptual-based in terms of their thinking. A lot of people will hear these "amazing" survival traits and become impressed. However, this is just the mere surface thoughts. Like someone else pointed out above me, the water bears are extremely fragile to everything except apocalyptic scenarios, which is almost useless. It's reddit because no one at reddit will stop and actually think long enough to realize that just being immune to radiation doesn't make you a super beast.

Loves this shit, cherry on top of a fine game, played with your expectations and added a bit of a puzzle on the final boss.

Every single boss in Xenoblade 2 does this

Shitty boss fight

They can enter statis for hundreds of years, probably longer

That is just a bizarre sounding sentence

It can be done, not exclusively by Tobin but he could do it if you do it right.

Early game boss has a Dracoshield, which makes him virtually invincible, but can be chipped down due to how combat works in Echoes. Your best option would be to have long ranged units like Archers or more preferably Mages take podshots at him until you widdle him down. The hardest part is doing this without aggroing and killing another named unit who, if defeated, causes him to leave the map.

How bad was his luck?

>boss can give itself infinite turns

Fucking niggers, lmao

They aren't anaerobic organisms, how could they survive in vacuum?

>boss is only part of a larger, more powerful boss

nobody knows

Deep sea thread?

...
