Exclusives are bad because they force customers to buy an expensive box for a single game (imagine being forced to buy a particular BD player if you want to watch certain movies, and the rest of your collection requires a different player) and condemn a game to being lost forever (once the last PS3 stops working Demon's Souls will be as if had never existed in the first place).

I tried really, really hard, but I can't see the appeal of Xenoblade 2 past the waifus and the music. I thought the first game was good, but holy shit, every aspect of Xenoblade 2 seems like it was designed to be an aggressive waste of time. I mean I know that that's what games are supposed to do, but that's fine when they waste your time in fun ways. That and I can't stand the characters or the writing, it feels like the game and characters were written by the staff of a super generic anime with all the bad tropes.
