No user it doesnt exactly work that way, yes, the IVs are annoying but don't matter for PVE content, only PVP, but pvp in mobages always pure fucking cancer, the rate is also, what, 3% that goes up to 5% if you dont get any 5*? The way I look at it, you can get the character you want in FEH and even if it isn't exactly the best it could be, its still very much useful, at least you will get SOMETHING sooner or later due to increased rate, in FGO you are lucky to get a fucking 4*
