He's a fuckboy plagued by awful writing. Like I said, basically a prelude for every main character of XV.
He exists to reflect everything that was wrong with XIII. He's charming, outgoing, warm, kind, likeable and reliable.
He would be better off in a different game rather than play second fiddle to the XIII universe and it's insufferable protagonist.

There is no fucking difference gameplay wise between 13 and 13-2. If you shit on the gameplay of 13 yet say it's great in the second one then you're an objective retard. It's exactly the same thing barring the controllable character death not meaning game over this time and the more open ended world but from a technical standpoint it's reused fucking assets.
