Considering upgrading from 750ti to 1070. Will it be a straight enough upgrade or do i need to get other stuff aside a bigger pc case?
My CPU is a i5-3470 3.20 ghz quad core while psu is a 600w

Should be ok

Thanks user. Good board for such a quick reponse

Just make sure your PSU has the right connectors

2500k and 6850 here
I cant wait for fucking polaris, POLAAAARIS, fuck i need polaris, right now.

>7,5GB

Remember to store your warranty info somewhere safe, so you have that handy when Nvidia's drivers brick the card.

Can you elaborate a bit? What am i looking for? Or did you mean moboard outputs

Quality 600W PSU?

Yeah a pretty good one.

>Quality 600W PSU?
PSU are a meme.
Back in the day i got myself a 600W Chieftech and it still rocks.

All your bronze/gold ratings are a fad.
It all is the the cheapest, the simplies nd the most glorified part of PC.

it will be 7 GB, do the math idiot (3.5 + 3.5)

OP here. This is my motherboard
Asrock
b75m-dgs r2.0

I have a xfx 7990 black edition GPU, what should I upgrade to?
It does 1080 plops just fine if you tweak a few things on newer games but bad for 2 or 4k. It served me well for almost 5 years.

Haha nice meme! Now kill yourself.

its already confirmed. the 1070 will have 2 faulty moduls whic will result in 7 GB effective VRAM.

thats the problem when you reuse faulty 1080 chips on 1070 card.

Most chieftecs were made by good oems
The cheap psus you can buy today are trash in comparison

had similar situation except im on 3570k and 660 abd 600w psu with 6+6+2 power connectors.

targeting 1070 or polaris 10 whichever has the better deal

You mean when your house is still engulfed in an inferno?

Is a i5 4460 going to pair well with a 1070? Currently using a 970 now.

yeah go ahead and buy a generic tier 5 PSU for your gaming system next time you upgrade

I'm wondering this too.

Yeah it will fit, why wouldn't it?

Yes.

Are you me user?
