I too worry about my GPU being detected by radar
I too worry about my GPU being detected by radar
>implying this is not exactly what gamers want their game cards to look like
>Reference card
kek
*founders edition*
That's still reference you moron
Except you pay $100 more
so my r9 290 hits 95C since yesterday everytime i start gpu heavy tasks.
i reapplied thermal paste a few days ago.
Paste can take some time to reach full efficiency. Either that or you fucked up applying it.
just put a small drop on it like you are supposed to.
i use a accelero xtreme III and i don't know what happening now.
i probably have to endure lower clocks until polaris arrives
Kek
You are actually supposed to put more on the GPU, can't follow CPU paste methods with the GPU die
Not that much more though
It looks like a rocksteady design for the arkham series
You need enough to cover the entire die. Not like that's hard, given you can see the exact area you need to cover, but it's going to be more than a pea-sized drop. A line down the centre is probably best.
you can get a gimped chink card with coil whine and shit cooling
or you can get the official good card at launch with solid capacitors and vapor chamber cooling and everything
where are the fucking benchmarks?
there will be plenty of benchmarks after launch and probably some leaked ones before launch as well
they've already presented some relative performance figures and ran some demos in case you've missed it
Gamers want what companies market, not the other way around.
May 17th NDA ends for 1080.
serious question. what's all about this graphic card? why one person would pay for something like that? how is this useful?
Now with even more tesselation on the outside too
Thanks for the laugh
I don't know. That shit is a fucking powerhouse. Maybe if you need a new oven or something someone might want to pick one.
games
>vapor chamber
Has a bigger meme existed?
There isn't. The only cards avaiable for purchase from Nvidia will be the Founders Edition cards.
More energy efficient than titans. Usually Top-Tier cards don't work best for gaming, they're more suited for enterprise level tasks like video production or raw number crunching ability.
That being said, they will try to sell anything with a high price tag to the gamer markets.
it's legit and the NVTTM "titan cooler" has always been more expensive than the chink shit. like with the gtx 970, OCUK made a special edition (more expensive) with the NVTTM cooler and better capacitors
geforce cards are mainly for gaming (also for developing games). they are useful for rendering computer graphics like in games, with many polygons and advanced pixel shading etc.
workstation cards for professional applications are even more expensive.
also there are new applications like machine learning for cars, so that cars can recognize things and drive themselves
Soon they would have their own pre-order edition with downloadable contents
Which is reference
It is the "reference" other companies use when making their shit
>nvidia announces new shit
>card conveniently starts hitting 97c
...
IS this actually happening to you right now because that's weird, My card actually got cooler
I WAS THE FIRST ONE TO SAY THAT ONE
DELET
Yeah, it's strange. Only past few days too. usually when i run some games it sky rockets to 100c
But its good for gameing isnt it?
Seriously though, I suddenly got performance problems on my Nvidia card and I found out that Windows 10 replaced my drivers without asking or telling me. I reinstalled the real drivers and disabled automatic driver updates since I didn't realize that this was a completely different option than automatic KB updates.
yes, it will be the best single-gpu gaming graphics card on the market
gtx 1070 will also be very good, not as good as gtx 1080 but more affordable
>Windows 10
lol cuck
Cool, Now i just wanna se what amd comes out with so I can deside on what too buy.
If you don't play games then why are you in a GPU thread
Let me guess, it's for all that Maya and CAD work you do
Kek almighty.
