Just C right now but in the past Ada, Java, Python 2 and 3, ICON, SQL (maybe doesn't count depending on your definition of language), Lua, Erlang, x86 ASM, Scheme (Racket), INFORM7, and whatever you call the drag and drop language blender uses. Maybe brainfuck counts too since I wrote an interpreter and a programming game based around it for a class.

Why does this happen so much? I can spend all day on the computer at work, and then come home and be on my own computer all night with no issues at all.

Yes, and I also know there are a lot of foreigners on this site, which is why you need to make these otherwise obvious connections

Learn proper english then you stupid nigger. Don't sit there and try to start shit with others when someone can't even understand the purpose of tenses. This is like kindergarten tier English that you had to learn to understand the difference.

English is my first language you nigger. You should learn proper English, considering you couldn't make the connection that I was assuming OP was a foreigner, and not making the connection about his intentions, fucking idiot

English
Mathematical notation

Guess what you dumb fucking nigger this is an American website and if you can't even pick the right tense to use then you deserve no respect.

I'm not here to make wild assumptions about some fucking idiot from Eastern Slavic countries when asked simple questions. If y I u want to babysit every post in anticipation that they are a foreignerror then go be a nigger else where you dumb fuck.

How do you even know I'm not a foreigner? Hhuh? Anyone learning the language would understand the meaning of tenses and answer it literally as well yet you call me out because your some dumb fucking nigger who makes assumptions all over the place then gets analysis when wrong.

You can tell your father you will not fix any of his shit if he's going to be an asshole about it.

Unrelated I have no experience with C# or .Net what do people think of them? Are they pretty easy relative to JS, Node, express, mongo stacks

I'm almost fucking done with this project. I'll finally be able to escape this hell.

It is. Also, the company's coding standards make no sense. Way too much work is handled by pure xaml, more lines of code than viewmodel, and you have to scroll vertically in code to work with the tree.
I've tried to make them understand 10-12% cpu (one core 100%) on some forms on a core i7 is not fucking norrmal, and proved it's caused by the view, but I don't think they competent enough to understand.

I don't give a fuck anymore, They pay me very well. I just wish I could practice something other than wpf at work.

>I have no experience with C# or .Net what do people think of them?
C# is legitimately one of the more pleasurable languages to develop in.

LINQ is addictive and makes throwing data and objects around trivial.

Plus, nearly everything in the ecosystem is being open-sourced, or is already open-source, sans the IDE, of course.

WPF is fine, as it uses the same basic XAML tenants that development is using and will be using going forward. Plus, you can make pretty things with MahApps fairly easily if it's a for-fun project.

Also, next version is getting native tuples (there's already a Type), pattern matching, functions-within-functions, and some other nice things.

C#: the language itself is fine, but the MS shops I've had the displeasure of working in both enforced distasteful practices regarding development and OSS and employed meme tier programmers.

Left that shit behind for the land of linux/cloud/server side dev and found the change in atmosphere to be quite agreeable.
