I created a multi-volume 7z archive at work to transfer to machines that need it. Went multi-volume because some of their internet connections suck, and I don't wanna be assed retransmitting the ENTIRE zip from scratch (retrying from where it left off doesn't always work), so now I can just retry from the last 10MB or so.

Right-click > 7-Zip > Extract to "foldername\" doesn't do it for you?

It did. Just start with the lowest numbered file (often z00) and it'll work. If you start randomly though (z05 or something) then it wouldn't work.

*tip - use the file manager to look at your ~/Desktop or ~/Downloads folder and you'll see dot files to delete.
