Seriously, how bloody fucked can Windows 10 get? How could anyone see this as "progress" ?!?

First, upon getting my desktop, it keeps prompting me to create a "real Windows account" so i can use the "full features". I finally figured out how to get it to stop prompting me, and never ever used the Windows Store.

Then now finally, i decided i wanted to check out what was in the Windows Store. Soon it requires me to log in with a "real" account instead of the "local" one i've been using, and i just give in eventually. After trying a few worthless apps and games (Sonic Dash keeps on freezing or just randomly closing itself after about a minute of playing with no explanation whatsoever, others are more or less the same) i just say fuck it, this shit obviously doesn't work well enough to be good enough for anything yet.

Next time i bootup, i'm prompted with the login of my MSN account instead of the regular login. I hate seeing it there, so i try to change it back and get as far as this screen, which just freezes showing the spinning circles forever, i can't even switch back to the desktop because it's greyed out. Choosing "Sign-in Options" also freezes it, it's been this way even since i made the original "local" account.

Just how the hell do they expect people to use this shit?

Also, i have to block all Windows updates as well, they cause the spinning circle to show forever at startup if i don't remove them.

Lock-in and inertia. They know that most people either have to use windows to run other applications that they depend on, or they use whatever OS their computer comes with and don't know that you can install other operating systems.

Really easy. Everybody was shitting at flat design, but when the first Linux distro came with it, it was the best thing in the universe, it was the year of Linux desktop and all that shit.
When the first Linux distro with something similar shows up, it will be considered standard and something great by Sup Forums.

You are full of shit and have no clue what you are talking about. Which distro "came out with flat design" smartass? Most try to copy osx aesthetics if anything (pantheon, xubuntu greybird theme). This isn't even specific to distros in first place, rather default presets for DE. People often rice with flat themes (numix, arc, paper) but that has nothing to do with linux itself, it's just ricers being ricers.

Because I could browse Store just fine with local account on that and install 8.1 upgrade just fine with local as well. Maybe it is limited to certain applications?

Also, why not just creating separate MS account and have both local and MS one on same machine? I have that on laptop, was never really using the MS one, save for Skype few times (in before "lol Skype spies on you" - my family wont use anything else).

It hangs up when he tries to switch account... it happened to me too, then it suddenly worked again.
