If you hunch while standing you probably do it when sitting too. Or you look down and kill your neck so why wouldn't you do the same while standing? Or just get better stand/put some books under the monitor to get it higher(which you should do if your monitor is too low like you are saying)

No, if the thread mill were to be used for producing power, then the person at the computer would have to push against the desk to move the theadmill, making your hands not being able to actually use the keyboard and mouse
