Today I helped my neighbour with his Windows 10 problems he was complaining about for days on end since it apparently broke his machine and stopped his audio from being loud enough when watching videos.
I looked at it and uninstalled all the Ask.com and Google toolbars etc. he had installed and Chrome browser that came bundles with something he downloaded and a bunch of other crap.
I showed him the new Groove music app that he can replace his Zune software with and the new video player that he should replace Windows Media Player and VLC with.
There was really nothing wrong with his sound or anything else on his machine. He was just trying to play a zipped video file in VLC.
My conclusion from this experience is that the people who complain about Windows 10 don't know anything about what's happening on their computers. They should just stick to Windows 7.
