I was somewhat doubtful about validity of pic related. But after reading the update notes and seeing what have they done for that and how release notes themselves are written I'm now sure that it's 100% accureate.

Still with broken unimodem support (They removed the voice modem portion of the driver in the refresh build).
Some would say it's to force users to use Skype.
