You don't want to turn off Windows 10 telemetry

Download this.

t. atheist from reddit who's never actually read 1984

It cannot be turned off completely.

MS will know what you are tormenting.

>tormenting
torrenting*

you can't turn it off completely without the enterprise version

It will also know what he's tormenting.
Cyberviolence is a serious matter, mmkay

Gazillion threads about this and you still have to make your own.

you use enterprise and block every microsoft ip range in router firewall

Thank you user Senpai

Download OOSU10.
Google for it. Better then DisableWinTracking.

Using the 2015 LTSB you don't have to even block, I ran it for a few weeks and it never tried to communicate.

Enterprise is a pretty safe bet. You can disable other useless shit on it too with 3rd party apps to be 100% MS free.

this is actually a way to break your system

Please explain?
You do know you disable updates too? Right?
Unless you're a retard, then update, because then you might have a change of falling for malware bait.

Install openwrt on $30 router
connect pc to router with ethernet cable
install privoxy package on openwrt router
manual set ethernet on pc for same subnet as openwrt but no default route
give proxy information to firefox or chrome only. never os

Dat projection tho

Thx senpai
I have a combination of machines here:

>multiple GNU+Linux machines
>OpenWRT router
>and this damned W10 work machine

But using a router opposes a new problem, W10 updates. It is debatable wheather one needs updates at all.

I want to disable tracking with minimally invasive methods.

I currently ran DisableWinTracking.

Any way to see or capture tracked data/packages, so I could analyse them?

You don't

You are looking at this the wrong way. You have to trust the developers of your operating system. They are god. They can make it do absolutely anything they like, with or without having it show up to you in any way. If you don't trust Microsoft, do not run Windows.

I personally run OSX. I don't trust Apple in an absolute sense, but I do trust them a bit more than I trust Microsoft.

install Win 10 LTSB enterprise.
go to "edit group policy"
and go nuts changing everything

i'm a complete moron why can't someone create an os that emulates windows and runs everything windows can but without all the spyware?

You can't.

stop asking moronic questions

IPs aside, not even Microsoft can afford to do that.

i can't for i am a complete moron

Wireshark?

Install Gentoo

SUBMIT.

I used this.

Of course there still will be spying, but it will be less since the spyware is also installed while installing the OS.

o&o shutup

you install an air conditioner in your window so you dont boil in this horrible heat

e-everything user-kun?

if you have common sense and knowledge, yes. Otherwise don't touch anything you're not confident about.

nyaaa~~ I'm-I'm scared of touching it then

>nyaaa~~ I'm-I'm

Just do this OP:

You can also disable Windows Update in Services too, if you want. This will take care of everything, and you won't have to run weird scripts either.

You can't. These things disable *known* tracking. It'd be trivial for Microsoft to write something to still phone home, or they could work around what these programs "block". It's like expecting a criminal to turn in their guns because they're illegal to own.

Delete partitions. Live boot Ubuntu. Install Ubuntu. Done.

Are winfags gonna keep denying the only reasonable escape is GNU/Linux?

Does it have the "disable botnet" button?

It's so funny to me these Windows cucks believe they can disable telemetry. You can't. You literally cannot disable it completely unless you create an exception at hardware level for EVERY SINGLE ip you want to access.

Wew lad. Are you aware that it's not just Microsoft but Microsoft and its partners? Disabling Microsoft's ip ranges is cosmetic. They have hundreds, possibly THOUSANDS of non-Microsoft IPs that stick their dick into your system. There is no way you can disable them all without starting from the point of blocking ALL connections and then creating exceptions.
