install gentoo
It makes no difference. Any computer is fine for a beginner.
sage
easy - install os x on it
>python
>mac
nice memes
Is it the Pro version?
If so install the bash environment, it's pretty much Ubuntu 14.04 and you can code from there.
Really you should learn how computers work and how to use them well before trying to program them
>implying
osx is a unix environment. easier to run a shell and to program in
unless you're using Visual Studio, osx is supposed to be better
>try to un-tar a file in windows out of the box
>osx is a unix environment. easier to run a shell and to program in
bullshit, getting X to run on a mac takes three different installers form the disk and internet
Install anything but 10.
>Install anything but 10.
my new laptop will come with 10 pre-installed
Not just xQuarts?
Just boot into a Linux disk, format the laptop, and install gentoo
the only thing that matters when it comes to coding is you.
install any linux distro if you're using it for programming, windows is a broken mess
but i bought microsoft office home (inb4 should have pirated it)
Oh shit, i'm sorry
Lol, enjoy your spyware
>he didn't buy a Macbook
lmao at ur lyfe
b-but the bezels on the xps 13 are nicer
If it's for programming install an user oriented linux distrolike ubnutu LTS and derivatives, mint, fedora or suse, it's pretty comfy.
sorry for what
OP here
i'll just stick to windows 10, a lot of places say you can disable the privacy tracking
