In Windows, start up the bullshit program that came on the mini CD. At the bottom it will say "fan status: Disconnected" or something similar. Then plug in the cable which came with the fan to one of your computer's USB ports. It will say "Fan status: connected". If it doesn't then you've got a broken cable. Having done that, plug the cable into your fan and download your meme creation to it. If an error box pops up at this stage saying "can't do it" then you've got a broken fan. Did you order from Gearbest or did you jewishly attempt to save $0.50 getting it from Ali?

So what do you want the Rpi for? Also "autonomous" flying gets old very quickly. If you're planning on doing any meaningful aerial photography then you're going to need to spend a ton of money because the cameras on the toy drones are worthless.

I bought one a while ago. It was a nice pencil until I dropped it and lost the little lead sleeve. I replaced it with one from another pencil, but it isn't the same.
I suggest that you find a way to secure the sleeve in place if you plan to use it anywhere away from home.

Then mods or someone decided that it's not ok and started deleting everything.

I got one of these off of ebay about two years ago. The paint is cheap is comes off really easy; I took some alcohol to mine and got rid of it after about a week. The lead sleeve is pretty cheap and falls out as other anons said. It's not a very big deal and just press fits back in to place. The hardness indicator in the top has no method of securing itself to the pencil on mine, so I crammed some orings in there for a better fit and it's been lime that for about a year and a half. The clip is secured pretty well, but can also be removed, as I did with mine, if the clip bothers you while writing. The internals are pretty nice; all metal, even down to the little piece that holds the lead. Overall has a great feel and a nice weight - it feels like solid metal and nothing is rattling around in there. I'm a poor college student, so no money to compare it to a real rotring.

They aren't throwaway pencils like the 20 pack bics. Considering that comparable rotrings start at around $45 a piece, it's still pretty good
I got one from AliExpress, they are Top-tier quality rotring clones with the all brass interior mechanism, working lead selector and reinforced spring, but beware of some lower quality copies floating around.
