That's C#, silly.

Took me a second to realize
kek

is c# an improved version of c, c+ and c++ or they are simply different langs?

Is C+ incremented to C++? Are either of them better than C in every way (strictly better)?
No, you're retarded.
>C+
u wot

C# is a fair bit like Java actually.
I really like C#, much more than Java, but using it on not-Windows is a pain in the ass, Mono is kind of shit.

n-no bully pls
im newfig

is coreclr not a thing now?

dumb animeposter

Because I shouldn't.

I made a program that can find the distance between two points in linear time

Welp it really is summer

so the Pythagorean theorem? lel

good shit, user, made me post

kys

lost in your way to 2chan?

Instead of using Mono, why not use the Microsoft official C# compiler and the CoreCLR on Linux, which are licensed under the Apache 2 and MIT licenses respectively? There are no patent issues when the official compiler and the official runtime are free as in freedom!

>realistically, Windows-only
>overweight for web-programming

nice platform though if you don't mind being confined to Windows. I've worked with it quite a bit

you weren't very specific

two points in what? 2D space? 3D space? A DAG? either way your program is obviously pretty trivial (no implementing dijkstra's is not impressive) so nothing to brag about

>by Richard Stalltard
stopped reading right there

Hes right though, you may not agree with everything he says, but it's just like how skype stopped being updated on linux, imagine if it was a tool that many programs and programmers grew to depend on?

Isn't this O(1)? I imagine the only overhead is the square root function you're using

>what is a fpu

>Windows-only

Meet .Net Core

>linear time

ayy lmao ur right
