Don't use a window manager. The framebuffer is enough.
One of the great things about tiling windows is they maximize your screen real-estate. Therefore, if you use gaps between your tiles, you are a faggot.
I use bspwm and can safely say that it is the best tiling wm ever made.
Don't listen to this guy OP, I think your desktop looks fabulous
FrankenWM
Its like i3gaps but better
What if you can dynamically change the size of your gaps?
Also I disagree, having a small gap (not retarded like OP's) can improve the readability of your workspace.
Quick question:
in bspwm you can resize windows and move them from container to container using alt+click
in i3 you can only do one of those (i think you cant resize with alt+leftclick)
my question is... can you do that in FrankenWM?
It's the only reason why I won't use i3 since I can't use keyboard for literally everything.. but I don't want to use bspwm either because fuck setting up lemonbar and figuring out how they do fonts or any other bar for that matter; i want it built in

No, you can move your windows using whatever shortcut you defined for it in sxhkd

If you're using i3 or any tiling manager for anything outside of work, you're using it wrong.
Awesome wm is pretty awesome
