How is that nothing fancy? It's an above average case.

It was actually really easy to build in. Lots of room for my crappy cable management. It's got almost entirely metal innards, though, so the handle on it is pretty much just for show. Airflow's pretty good, too, and the dust traps are easy to clean. Got it on sale for around $100, which is about as much as it's worth.

first build was C2D with a 9800 GTX and recycled all that over the years to make my server, major replacement was in 2011 with an i5 and upgraded the graphics card every few years

Better than most cases, but

anything better in that price range? I can't spend more than ~$70 on the case.

I have the R4 and the HDD drive cage is shit. Buzzes loudly from time to time until you nudge it slightly. Some user posted a workaround this by using foam on the bottom of the inside of the case.

Amazing customer service though. Literally the best I've ever had.
