You had one job
brute force doesn't work anymore because of attempt limits. You would have to break into the bank servers first and then decrypt the account keys for each person.... but you can't brute force into the servers for the same reason.
The only way in is through phishing or finding a vulnerability which you don't need a powerful computer for.
