There has to be some kind of logic behind this.
I can't load wikipedia faster than 16KB/s but I sure can stream tubgirl webm's from /hc/ as fast as ever.
Is there some way to find out which servers go past this throttle? And any decent proxies so that I can watch youtube instead of all the porn on Sup Forums?

In Pizzaland I literally pay 10€/mo for 7GB in LTE and throttled at cap, 400 mins of call and another 400 messages.
Is there some website that can test internet speeds from MULTIPLE servers so I can try and make sense of why some servers are fast as fuck and some aren't?

For $60/Mo I get unlimited data and unlimited hotspot. Couple months ago I went through 250gigs, last month around 150. Unthrottled (although slows down a bit during peak hours due to network congestion).

I have T-Mobile and the month of May I had some financial troubles and couldn't pay the internet bill for my house and had to rely on hotspot for normal internet usage. I currently pay a stupid amount of money for unlimited everything, but after using 23 GB of data I was throttled down way slower than 56k also. However, Sup Forums would not load quickly for me. The text would, but images were like jerking off on AOL v2.5 with a 14.4 modem. Consider yourself lucky the Chans work fast. Good luck with your issue.
