enjoy your google monitoring

at least this way my data is fractured between more than one company

Okay, I'll bite.

How long have you been using Bing for?
How much USD does 13,220 credits equate to?
What exactly is required to earn credits?
How do you find Bing's results?

Not OP. but they don't have any really good rewards, and there is no direct dollar amount conversion.

A 12 month Xbox live Gold membership is 2999 points though.
3 months of Groove music(whatever that is) is 2800
A $10 Xbox giftcard is 1000
3 months of unlimited Skype calling is 850
Removed ads from Outlook for 3 months is 300 points
Almost everything else is "Pay to enter this shitty sweepstakes"

>How long have you been using Bing for?
Since it was released
>How much USD does 13,220 credits equate to?
It doesn't translate to money. It translates to gift cards (there are some for Amazon, Burger King, etc.). 500 gets $5 off at the Microsoft Store for example, so by that, my score is worth around $132.
>What exactly is required to earn credits?
1 point for every 2 searches
>How do you find Bing's results?
bing.com

>there is no direct dollar amount conversion
Makes sense. I'm still wondering:

>What exactly is required to earn credits?

And an additional question:
Is it possible to sell the Xbox membership? Do they give you a code, or is it tied to your Microsoft account, meaning you can't possibly transfer it to someone else?

>How do you find Bing's results?
As in, are they good? Shitty?

>they don't have any really good rewards
right now they don't, but every few months or so they roll back the Amazon gift cards for a limited time

>As in, are they good? Shitty?

They are 99.9% the same as Google. In some ways (especially interpreting "meaning"/natural language processing), Bing is better. Google is still better as a raw "grep for the web," but that is arguably an archaic way to do search engines.

See for youself at bingiton.com

The amazon gift cards aren't half bad. Couple that with google censoring some news and porn searches, I get money to buy shit on amazon by using a different source to find stuff to fap to.

>What exactly is required to earn credits?
You just sign into bing with a microsoft account, then search as normally. I've used bing as a homepage for a few years just because of the neat background images, so I'm always acquiring points for any dumb search. Never had anything I felt was worth reclaiming. I've never claimed any reward so I'm not sure how the whole process works, or if they ask for more personal information. Couldn't tell you if the subscriptions were transferable.

>How do you find Bing's results?
I have good results typically, though I'm mostly looking up reference materials. I don't often search for anything obscure so I couldn't directly compare it to Google going back 100 pages.

...

>use win10 preview with MS account
>account breaks, can't sign in at all any more
Thanks MS!

...

Can't even sign in. Attempting to sign in just refreshes whatever page I'm on. Thanks for reminding me about Bing, this is even better than I remember it being.

try it now

>unironically being a shill

>How do you find Bing's results?

Bing is the defacto search engine for porn.

Even with safe search off, google shapes the fuck out of porn results.

Just try searching the same keywords on both.

I'm not poor so I don't need to use this

If you had NO skills and worked for one weekend you would make more than you made over 6 years

as opposed to the alternative of searching for no reward?

kek what a roodypoo

As opposed to using a higher quality product

I prefer to use Google so I will use it regardless of the paltry "reward" microshit offers

>13,220

That'll get you approximately $135 in free Amazon credit.

also it's ridiculous how google avoids showing instagram in the results

>Using google for porn
Use Yandex you idiots.
