Is there any durable laptop brand or model which can be disassembled, cleaned and assembled easily, like a gun...
sounds like your own inb4 answered the question
Welp, thread's over then, everybody go home
is thinkpad easy to disassemble? it might be durable but will it allow me to clean the fan with ease after 3 years?

Literally what they're made for, faggot. Do some basic research before memeing about (inb4 thinkpad) next time.
This
I can only tell you that acer aspire, lenovo ideapad and hp compaq laptops have thousands of screws (some intentionally hidden) lots of plastic popit things and require the complete removal of the motherboard to service the fan. So remove those from your list.
Thinkpads are supposed to come apart with three screws or somat.
>run server for a minute
>disconnect hard disk and put it on yard sale coz everything is on cache
I think you're right.
HP Elitebooks. Especially the **70 models.
Old thinkpads had their keyboards on hinges so you could open them without removing any screws
HP Elitebooks and Zbooks, and Dell Latitudes are easier to disassemble than Thinkpads. But I have the feeling that Thinkpads have replacement parts that are easier to find.
Panasonic Toughbooks.
The fasteners aren't cheap shit either, so they don't easily strip.
>But I have the feeling that Thinkpads have replacement parts that are easier to find.
they do
Dell Latitude / Dell Precision
T460 is not super easy, but you just need pry tools, otherwise it's easy. Preceding models are super easy.
...
Nice, I love when Sup Forums has a nice ThinkPad thread. Thanks for not being a faggot op
Almost any business class laptop.
In the business world you want to be able to fix things as fast and easy as possible to avoid downtime.
>8 physical processors
>1TB ram
Fell for the meme
T420 took me maybe 15 minutes with a single screwdriver (to get to the heatsink).
I got so used to taking out the 50 gorrillion screws in my HP dv74280 it was like cleaning a rifle to get to the heatsinc/cpu since you have to take pretty much everything out on HP's and I got gud at it after a thousand times. But, after that one I got an MSI and ditched HP's. Imagine my joy when I know only had to remove THREE screws to get to EVERYTHING. Of course, I never had overheating issues before it got stolen so I never needed it unfortunately. But yeah. MSI's from my own experience are much more accessible. Cant speak for all of course.
Welcome to the world of consumer laptops.
Things that need regular servicing to extend lifetime are hard as fuck to get to.

Wouldn't business rather just replace the whole thing to be sure?
