>what a best low memory browser for it would be. Chrome, I'm not even joking.
Blake Evans
>He unjokingly recommends Chrome
Gabriel Bailey
What's so funny about that?
Hunter Gonzalez
All the browser apps are shit and pale moon is the worst
Parker Sanchez
I've never been a huge fan of Chrome, sorry. That's fine, I just like the logo. Your response wasn't very constructive, but thanks for the bump.
Jaxon Foster
Emacs 25 is getting a webkit browser, I'll have no need for firefox after that.
Jose Murphy
Hex wolle YouTube recommend crome it google ultron is out there? Its what NASA uses!
Xavier Rogers
Its more or less working.
Ian Ramirez
How much longer till it's stable enough for the emacs 25 release?
Grayson Morris
idk, as far as I've seen into this itseems usable at least. You can download the addon and try it your self. emacswiki.org/emacs/WebKit
Logan Myers
the woolyss build of chromium without the Google Sync, WebRTC & Widevine is pretty spicy, IF you tweak the privacy settings & add a few autist addons

Anthony White
PM rarely goes above 1GB for me with moderate browsing and minimal addons, but there are probably better options for weaker hardware.
Colton Wilson
>not using superior elinks
Why do you even live?
Benjamin Gray
I'm waiting for the graphical browser in emacs 25 to come out before I switch. Sorry, but a cli browser just doesn't cut it.
Brandon Kelly
Low memory, eh? I recommend d+ (Dillo for Windows), QtWeb, or Opera 12.16/7. You're not going to use extensions on a netbook.
Jonathan Myers
>using memescript
Dominic Martin
As much as I hate JavaScript, it's time to accept the web relies on it. Almost all the web simply won't work without it.
Lucas Cruz
Also, you can't post here without JavaScript >B-buying a Sup Forums pass user Fuck no, absolute waste of money.
Ian Sanchez
This is relevant to my interests. I just installed gentoo on an old laptop and chromium wouldn't compile because of memory issues. I'm installing qupzilla now, might try midori later once qupzilla finishes compiling.
Anybody else use a browser that isn't chrome or firefox?
Adam Morris
I used Palemoon for a bit, but it could only play videos on Youtube at 240p for whatever reason. Ended up caving and getting Firefox because nothing else was quite what I needed.
Elijah Hall
It's pretty frustrating that to browse the fucking www at all painlessly I need 8Gb ram and can only choose between one of two browsers. Javascript and web artisans are ruining the www.
Dominic Taylor
I use LeechCraft as a secondary browser. It's kind of a throw everything including the kitchen sink kind of approach that may not be for you, but the browser portion itself is pretty fast.
Colton Reed
Yea, that looks like emacs approach to things, what's your primary? why do you use leechcraft?
