How is this allowed in the same age when Kickass Torrents is seized? It's obvious that Google knows about their scheme (and their sites are ranked by Google itself).

The fact that you can copy the URL of the video and open it in a new tab shows that there's no encryption by the site, technically illiterate cocksuckers. They upload the plain videos. They ban barely put together an html page to embed them. They aren't supergeniuses.
You're dumb as shit, the video itself is encrypted so youtube doesn't delete it for copyright issues. The encrypted video is just some jitter, it gets decrypted on the sites player when you load it.

It is pretty much impossible to proactively monitor a massive website loaded with millions of users uploading content, most google systems are also widely automated.
Even if you weren't full of shit, not everything is copyrighted internationally. It is possible to have content copyrighted in one region, but unregulated in another.
You can also load kissanime videos on a local player like vlc, its not encrypted.
