I've got a BLF A6 flashlight in the post, and I have cannibalised a promotional power bank for a 18650 battery. Is this (pic related) a decent battery? Will it survive more than a few charges? Or am I better off buying a new battery to go with my flashlight?

Additionally, any advice for a cheap charger in the UK? I have some vaper friends I can speak to in a few days, but I'd rather get it all shipped as soon as I can.

18650s are pretty decent battery's never had a issue with them and you should be able to find a charger easy online

wrong thread but ubuntu/mint have basically the same installer and both allow you to install the distro alongside windows without wiping the whole drive
you just have to press a key or something at bootup to select which OS to boot into
