When you disable ads in the advanced settings in utorrent, do they really get disabled or just hidden from the ui?

don't use utorrent, it's garbage software.
use qbittorrent instead, it's almost identical but it isn't made by people who want to sell you.
What about transmission? It seems to be what utorrent used to be.
>using qstalledmeme
hidden
who cares xD it's not like their spying on what I download :D
it's very limited in features to say the least
it's fedora tier
Why would you even use a torrent client that shows ads?
you know "stalled" is just what qbittorrent says for torrents that have zero seeds, right?
maybe you need to download from fewer public trackers, user.
>using a mac port
have some pride
Because there are no real alternatives
>Stalled
okay.
Don't use anything other than utorrent 2.2.1, deluge and rtorrent for linux.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with it. I definitely wouldn't say it's feature rich but it can do everything the basic torrent user needs.
Do you like to go search everytime a new episode of a show releases? Do you torrent on your main PC?
>qbittorrent
did a 11 year old design qbittorrent's icon? i really like the client itself, but i want to kill myself everytime i see that icon.
>i want to play with the big boys but i can't shift my attention away from pointless cosmetics
www.apple.com
just use Tixati, pham
what if i want to download something besides my little pony?
>Do you like to go search everytime a new episode of a show releases?
I use private trackers so that takes at most 30 seconds. Not having to sort through garbage helps streamline the process greatly.
>Do you torrent on your main PC?
I do but I don't see how that's relevant.
>Public trackers
Because you can't add RSS feeds via web UI with transmission-web
>NEET trackers
last time i used deluge the dbus-daemon-whatever process it spawned wouldn't fuck off with the main executable and just hung in the background taking like 500MB of memory for nothing.
can anyone confirm if it still does that or if they've shot the coders and got proper ones in since then
What features is it missing? It downloads torrents and dosent afraid of anything.
RSS is dead m8
I love this meme.
Decent private trackers don't give a rat's hairy ass as long as you seed at least .5, which should be what occurs just by allowing it to seed while you download.
If your upload is super shitty or that bugs you then just ghost.
Then change the icon.
>not just using 2.2.1
casual
Using exploit-torrent...
check with wireshark lamah
I don't know about other people, but I've SAVED time using private trackers. It was a pain in the ass to look around for things and having to look through shady websites that wound up not being seeded anyways. Now if I want an album, whatcd has ALWAYS had it, always well seeded.
Lol who cares about cvetorrent?
Qbittorrent master race
>using a server os on your desktop
And those are probably invite only trackers...
I love this meme
lol fucking retard
>Using a gaymen OS as desktop
Can't you all just install a torrent client that's not shit and looks good?
use deluge
Never happened to me
