Ever since I started using the latest Windows x86 build I've started experiencing some judder/framedropping, even though I kept my old config file. What gives? Removing the deband parameters seems to reduce it, but MPC-HC's playback is still smoother.

Yeah, it's hardly noticeable during regular playback but on sweeping shots / tracking shots it's very noticeable.

i guess that depends on the driver support. GCN cards all work with Vulkan. Nvidia only works from 600s forward
