A popup of that kind wouldn't be something by Google. Wouldn't be something by Sup Forums or your browser either. It's definitely adware, AdwCleaner just didn't pick up on it, maybe it's too new. Check your extensions, there might be something fishy. Also try a different browser and see if you get it.
