had an 50g tried to enter in the integral I had for calculus (triple integral) and it took a full minute so had to return it
I heard the Prime was good
I have a TI-89 ti, an nspire cas touchpad and an nspire cx cas
come at me
Is there a way to make the text on my nspire CAS touch fonts a little bolder? It's hard to see when the lighting is even slightly dim
I like the RPN on my 50g a lot but it's soooo big and the buttons are super tactile and stiff that they actually make the table underneath resonate when i press buttons.
Should I get the hp 35s?
Are the buttons softer?
I just want a quiet, more wieldy RPN calculator.
>dat price tho
it costs the same as the 50g now why the fuck
...
is that thing even allowed on tests?
Is "reverse polish notation" supposed to be some kind of joke because of how obscure and cryptic it is?
...
>If your calculator has an equals key, it's shit!
But how are you supposed to get results?
9 11 /
no, it's very intuitive
it saves you keystrokes and allows you to calculate things the way you'd do them on paper
enter 2 numbers and then the operator
enter more numbers to push the previous value onto the stack and then just collapse the values to get your final answer
I've got a 50g and a 12C, barely use the 50g though
No, it's better because it is
Use a laptop for that shit.
>using a laptop on a test
Yeah okay buddy
>needing anything other than a pen and paper
cuck
>needing to do heavy number crunching on a test
>needing to graph anything on a test
>using a graphing calculator on a test
Fuck off and take your shit meme with you
Autistic retard detected
>wasting money on a graphing calc when a 12$ scientific is more than enough for all your use cases.
>being so poor you can't spend an extra $40 on a far better machine
>A machine you'll never use
I have the best pager ever dude.
>I don't use it so nobody will
Suck a dick. You are beyond autistic.
>literally needing a machine to integrate for you
>meme
It's called having a brain, retard
do
2*((3^4)-(5/2)) in rpn
These threads never survive, give up. We can only talk about calculators so much.
The far better machine is a laptop running Maple or Julia
This guy gets it.
>2*((3^4)-(5/2)) in rpn
3 4 ^ 5 2 / - 2 * awruk
Who said anything about needing a calculator? It's because you can do shit faster with one. Autism has literally never been a more fitting response.
See
>It's because you can do shit faster with one
Matlab is faster than any calculator and you can distribute it across the botnet.
See Man are you ever fucking retarded.
see No good professor lets graphing calculator be used on their exams.
Yeah okay buddy
>going to a degree mill
poo goes in the loo, not 4choo
saved to my molyneux folder
This boy served me well for almost 15 years, died last month. I'm wondering what should i get as replacement
Here's my girl 991 ftw
Still waiting for my 991 EX to be delivered.
Approved for SAT/AP
and professor who isn't pants on head retarded knows there is a test taking mode which shows a blinking light in his direction to indicate at all times the test taking mode is activated.
anything wrong with this?
>TI
TRASH
No RPN
starting aerospace programme this year what do i get
hp 35s
hp 35s or 50g
i'd just get the 35s desu, unless you need graphing functionalities...
i have matlab
Ti-84, unless you need something with more functions/power
this is all you'll ever need
then just get the hp 35s...
Why is the 35s so expensive compared to similar calculators?
What's so special about RPN?
bump
It's what, $15? and it does everything except graphing. Pretty damn good imo
