Nah, at that price you might as well grab a 3GB 1060. There's also the 4GB 480. 970s are only worth it for $180 or less.

brand new cards that beat it slightly sometimes can be had for the same price.nvidia makes a new arch every years and abandons the older ones but have good d11 perf. 480 is never in stock but GCN is a better future proof arch because new apis will eventually be standard
