You've never interviewed for a job have you?

I have. Plenty. I've never seen a job posting with impossible requirements that wasn't quickly redacted or corrected.

>entry level engineer
>2 years of work experience
Fuck you

Welp, better give up then. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Fucking neets, I swear.

>2 years of work experience

By this I'm pretty sure they mean they don't want to spoon feed a 22 year old that's never had a job anywhere.

>I've been spoon fed my entire life

2012 r2 is same thing

That's like saying vista and 7 are the same thing.

But they are.

School is supposed to be worth 2 years experience.

>working for people
>not being your own boss

who homeless here

People with real work experience don't go for entry level jobs unless they suck shit.

I kek'd

>couple weeks ago
>someone selling a ton of foam pads some handbell choir from japan used while they were traveling here
>get there
>it's a ymca and the seller is an employee there
>some homeless guy is being an ass and loitering around
>being an ass to the seller as they seem to know each other
>seller reveals the goods he had in his truck bed
>homeless guy's eyes light up like he struck gold
>i'm clumsily stuffing them into my sedan
>"boy those would make a great bed roll"
>"if you can't take all o them i'll take em off you"
>eventually fold some of them and get the last of it into my trunk
>"DAMN"
>mfw driving away

What are you going to do with a ton of foam pads?

lol, i saw that /r/sysadmin post too! f*cking epic bro XD

Get a bunch of lolis on all fours, wtf else would I do with them.

Blocking off rooms/hallways in the winter with no doors.

Thank you. This was one of those things that, if it had gone unanswered would probably have given me an aneurysm later.

My first job was at 14, cleaning a mudslime run corner store, which included the nastiest toilet you've ever seen. I was paid less than minimum wage. After that I worked for 8 consecutive years at a few different places. Then a huge gap because of depression, then going back to school as a full time student. What the fuck do I put on my resume? I have lots of working experience, but the gap makes me look like shit.

NEETfag here, do employers generally specify when they want relevant work experience vs general work experience?

Just apply anyway and don't overthink it

Just because you hadn't had an engineering job doesn't mean you haven't had a job.

>2+ years of experience in ada required
>fortran is a plus

>filtering out the weak

These requirements are just there to keep unmotivated/low self confidence chumps from applying.

Sounds like it's working well, dipshits

Good ole idiot filter, filters another one.

Postings like this are exactly why people learn obscurer languages, they can basically walk in to the interview with the job if they are competent.

How does it feel to be a literal parrot.

>implying he is literally a tropical bird
