Ideally nothing, but the five volt levels between the charger and computer are likely different, resulting in some amount if current flow. Any mobo designer worth their salt will have diodes, mostly likely of the schottky variety if you're interested, to keep idiots like you from breaking things. Data pins are a non issue as they're generally shorted within the charger to signify a power-only device.

You will just trip the USB fuse due to overheating and you won't be able to use the usb port for a couple of hours if you're lucky..
