How many workspaces do you normally use and how do you organize them, Sup Forums?

1. Sup Forums
2. Work

One. Windows work just fine.

I'm not autistic

2, first one is general shitposting and the second one is a boring windows VM

1. i have dual monitors so i dont really need them

People actually use workspaces?

1 - firefox
2 - tmux with ncmpcpp + rtorrent
3 - vim + pdf/firefox tab
4 - ranger

People actually hate efficiency?

OSX here
1 work stuff
2-3 fullscreen IDEs
4 personal stuff (Sup Forums, music player etc)

its blowing her wig off her bald bean head

Depending on how much work I have I might use 4 at most. Windows' desktops are kinda nice cause you can add them on the fly, but I find I just leave them open.

I dont use more than one. The only reason I would want one is full screen vm maybe or just separating work from bullshit.

I have three monitors so maybe that eliminates the need.

1 Firefox
2 Sublime Text 3
3 Telegram Desktop, Thunar and Konsole
4 Misc application usually doing background tasks (Filezilla transfering files, Rhythmbox, etc)

Browser fullscreened in workspace 1
applications that need items on the desktop (I keep it clear and use it as a temporary easy access folder) in workspace 2
Fullscreened video player on secondary monitor

1 firefox, Sup Forums, news
2 email, rss, irc and music

1 - terminals
2 - browser
3 - Sup Forums only
4 - everything else

1. Video cutting
2. Everything
3. Laptop with skype

1.
Every time I need more space I buy a new monitor.

1 vim/ide
2 web browser
3 system (mpc, file browser, terminals)
5 social
7 downloads/torrent
0 docs/pdf files

this is pretty common for me

Just tile everything over multiple monitors like actual productive people do.

Typical gaymer boi
multiple monitors are a waste
multiple monitors are a mess
multiple monitors are big fat mistake

Those oh so sour multiple monitors

I don't need multiple workspaces with my 4k monitor.

I usually only use one workspace, rarely do I need 2.

In most cases, everything I need to do can be done efficiently via alt-tabbing.

If I only have a single monitor, and I'm developing alongside multiple gui tools and need to reference documentation at the same time, then I usually have 2 or 3 workspaces, but right now that situation is rare.
