No, it's usually power+up. Power+down is usually just fastboot.
Either way, fastboot will do the job, use that to flash the stock ROM which will have the stock recovery too, and you can go from there.

OK bruhs, quick first impressions update on the Kindow. It's pretty nice.
Build is all-plastic externally but it's rock solid and tight, feels nice in the hand. I can see this thing getting quite warm if you're trying to run Crysis, might poke around and see if I can beef up the heatsink. Should be absolutely fine for browsing, videos and stuff though. Ports and buttons are all solid. Screen is good, blacks could be better at angles but eh, I'm fussy. Response time is fine. Touchscreen performs well. Both OSs boot fine, droid is 4.4.4 and not obviously loaded with massive chinkery. It'll take me a while to get round to rooting & finding something more modern. Windows is legit and the only chinkery is the standard from Microshaft.
