Honestly I was very conflicted here. I couldn't find enough qoL improvements for the Pro3. Essentially only the beefier processor in it makes a difference but I dont play games on my phone anyways so it wouldn't make a difference to me.
If the Pro3 has any awesome improvements over the s3 that would warrant me dropping 2x as much I would be happy to entertain them.

The A8-7600 (kaveri) beats the i3-6100 (skylake) in multi-core by ~5% and a slightly better iGPU so it does well on games that use DX12 or that can efficienctly use more 4 cpu threads.
However it does lose to the i3-6100 by 35% in single thread performance so the i3 would do better in older games or games that can only efficiency use 2 cpu threads.
Anyway reason I recommend the A8 is because it's about half the cost of the i3 and most modern games can efficiency use 4 cpu threads now especially with DX12.

Yes. See this: Lenovo Motorola dropped support to the Moto G3 just one year after its release. Moto X Pure is already one and half years old. Brand new Moto M is being announced any time now. Lenovo Motorola has absolutely terrible update records. Some phones are 3 months late on security updates.

So I have been looking for a $150-$250 phone that just werks and I was pretty settled on the Moto G4 for my needs.
However, the Moto X Pure is $250 on BestBuy right now which is a pretty amazing deal, and almost the same as the Moto G4 at it's regular price.
Should I grab it, or wait on the G4 to go on sale black friday? If I'm being honest I don't particularly need the better features, it's just that it's a nicer phone for such a gud deal.
I've been digging around the past few days and come up empty on this one. I'm hoping you find gents can help.
LG G4 H81120p, T-Mobile version, and whenever I use adb to force boot into boot loader to unlock the damn thing I lose all conection. It boots into bootloader, shows the commands in the top left, but other than that does nothing.
Fastboot commands, reboot, oem unlock, getvar, all of it. They all just freeze at WAITING
And I have no idea where to go. In just trying to fucking ROOT.
Yes, before you ask, I did enable oem unlock and usb debug in dev options. Where did I go wrong?
