OP here,
all my baby's photos were saved on the phone's internal memory. no SD card

a. copy them out of your most recent backup
b. do nothing because you used syncthing to keep things like photos synced with your other computers
c. take out the microsd card and insert it into a microsd card reader
d. cry in a corner
e. use adb, faggot
