If you're having to look for shit to upload you're doing it wrong.
1. Download stuff you actually like in flac. 2. When you come across stuff missing one of the "perfect 3" formats, transcode and upload it. 3. If you are STILL somehow struggling, download any random crap that is missing one of the "perfect 3" and do point 2. for that. 4. If you somehow haven't figured this out, you should be building buffer from freeleech events so it doesn't matter if you have to use a bit in order to get your uploads.
