The only one I have ever used was Genymotion. It isn't optimal because you have to register IIRC. But it works if you can get over the fact it isn't FOSS.

Oh fuck. I remember using blue stacks to get free eagles for warthunder through a survey app. Fucking garbage, but at least I got something out of it before gaijin banned users from using emulators to use the app.
