I'm full botnet on my phone. I use it for work and reading the news and that's pretty much it. Having Google run its spindly fingers through my emails to pull flight and hotel info for my next trip, remind me of when packages should be delivered, recommend somewhere to eat and tell me how to order when I'm 3000 miles from home, notify me of deadlines etc without having to open a single app is 100% worth it.
Thomas Thompson
Ouch. That's a lot of proprietary software on one device.
Jackson Gomez
I do this too. Google is too useful for me to go tinfoil. I went tinfoil in the summer and the alternatives were shit.
