The new build

The new build.
Requires new AC but I'm fucking ecstatic.
Especially since it took me all day to bodge it together from my existing rig and my old rig that I had to dig out. Currently running the AC from my old rig too.
It's a Frankenstein tribute but I'm in love.

What is AC?

...

lol someone bought a cooler master v8

I need a new power supply with a higher output.

You call your power supply "AC"? Wow.

...

Yea that's its name.... AC?

PSU FGT

>PSU
A power supply unit (or PSU) converts mains AC to low-voltage regulated DC power for the internal components of a computer. Modern personal computers ...
Fgt.

what the H*CK is a fgt???

You are....

There are DC power supplies. AC is a type of electrical current.

Ok, well I need one anyway.
Had the choice between 500w and 250w.
For some reason old one was best so I fitted that.
I'll buy something more desirable next pay cheque.

How do I access AC/DC specs?
Just had a look and I can't bring them up?
It's 12v 264w
I intend to change it, what do you mean "tickling time bomb" though?

kill self

Well according to user, my computer is gonna do it for me. So why should I put in the effort?

Wtf is this op? you should be ashamed

Power switch
2nd set of fascia input
And that is my mouses dongle poking out the top.
I think it looks pretty cool like that?

Saved in-fact.

8gb SSD

Problem?

Who calls a PSU an AC? and what the fuck is that huge cooler master thing? is it a CPU cooler? it's like the size of my mAtx case

AC Slater?

I call all power supplies AC and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one.
That is a CPU cooler and yes it is over large but DESU I like it and wouldn't swap it even though it was a ball ache to fit and the fact my case will never fit again.

Call them PSU's you faggot, I've never in my life heard anyone call a PSU an alternating current.

Oh yea, coz PC's don't alternate current.
Good point dick head.

>I call all power supplies AC and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one.
You're the only idiot dumb enough to refer to a power supply as AC. What do you call power supplies with DC inputs?

I'd call it a DCAC but it causes some faggot to start playing a guitar.

What country are you from where they mint retards with such tenacity?

jesus christ looking at these I immediately knew op was a complete fucking retarded idiot but then he kept posting

You've got to be kidding me.
Do you even know what a PSU does?
I didn't know PCI-e ran on 12v AC.

Stupid fucking cunt. Yeah I mad.

Not gonna stop posting now....
Also is 36°C a little warm for been almost idle?
All I'm doing is internet and I'm not even playing spotify?

Yea you might need to turn up the AC

Guess what, its normal.

Is this whole thread an elaborate attempt at bait?

Well it used to run at 29/30 so 36 seems abit OTT if I'm not even working it?

This thread is a train wreck.

>da rig XDDDDDDDDD

No, that would heat up his PSU more.

Why you all getting so wound up about terminology?
Don't worry folks, this is my 1st and probably last visit to Sup Forums.

Because it's nonsensical.

No it makes sense. Nobody apart from a bunch of up their own arse agoraphobic retards would get this upset about it. Admitedly maybe not the correct term but at least I dind't call it a "lecky box" and I could do that in a real convo and get away with it.

Stop trying to defend yourself. Learn to handle that you said something stupid and then go with accepted terms.

Yes, I apologise. I will never refer to it as ac again. I future I will call it the "proton power cube."

Say whatever you want if you wish to continue being wrong, makes no difference. At least now you're openly ignorant out of spite to yourself.

That ungodly horror of a heat sink looks like its worth more than the rest of that shit build.

£77

>Admittedly
>Maybe
No, say you used the term 'AC' because you didn't know better, but you now know it's wrong.

Nice chink shit case faggot

Poor OP.

Would probably run cooler if you didn't have that rat's nest of cables clogging up your tower.

what're you trying to prove here lol?

holy shit why did you buy a 9590
that things going to cost you the price of the upgrade to the 6500k in electricity in like 3 months

actually not even 3 months, the 6500k is $10 more

holy shit why did you buy a 9590

fucking hell
lost my shit
