Not him, but there are some trackers that have straight up ISOs of Blu-ray movies.
I personally wouldn't use them though, private trackers are a meme and I can't be bothered to download 50gigs of data on a Comcuck connection. It's literally just more convenient for me to buy the Blu-ray than to torrent the ISO of it.
