Worth it?
Worth it?
Been using it since literally forever, and yes, absolutely. No other player really comes close.
Make sure to get a decent (free) skin though.
It's pretty much the only app worth paying for
>fucking 10c
It's pretty much free
No.
Yes. Slap the material design skin on there and you have the best music player on android.
Yes.
Might as well get Phonograph which is free
>storing music on your phone/mSD
No
No, is gay. Just use vanilla player.
>paying to unlock 1's and 0's
>artists, albums, playlists
>no folders
into the trash it goes
>he fell for the streaming meme
it has folders, look closer
also, vanilla music
I haven't bothered comparing it to whatever else is out there since like 2012 when I finally bought it, but it was worth it then and I haven't heard of any revolutionary player that has surpassed it yet
probably the best you'll find
very customizable, easy to use.
I've tested alot of players in recent years
decided to stick with it at haven't had a single bad thought about it
Strongly recommend
no, it doesn't.
Just installed both, and only vanilla have some kind of file explorer to open singles files. Poweramp treats each folder with music files as an album. And I think there is no other player like this.
Not the same user, but phonograph has folder search
>used Google reward bux to buy it
>been happy ever since
It's great
>mobilecucks have to literally pay for a decent music player.
You are right, is a not bad free alternative but poweramp is better, for example it shows the album art of each forler.
I mean if you already purchased it, there is no reason to move to phonograph.
Yes
Or just use Google Play Music which is absolutely fine
>chilling random players
Nice try Ivan
>Doesn't play Opus
Not really.
I personally prefer blackplayer
Yes. For 0.10 eurobux/bongbux/burgerbux it's a fucking steal. It's worth it even at full price. While you're at it, buy some good themes too :-)
foobar2000 is free, but doesn't have EQ (which the kinds of headphones you're probably using with your mobile device could really use) and it's been known to stutter.
Poweramp doesn't play Opus, but there is apparently a beta version out there which does - it is not being very frequently updated, it appears. It's a pretty good piece of software and is definitely more suited to Android than foobar2000.
Can you select which folders to include in your library in phonograph?
Gonemad will always be the greatest music player. I used poweramp and I was disappointed with their equalizer config. Also the aesthetics to it were garbage no matter what shitty skins I found.
...
As long as you have a non-huawei phone you're fine.
OP here.
So I bought it because... well, its 10 fucking cents.
It seems alright. What I really like is the smooth cross-fade transition when switching songs. The app itself is smooth too and it also ain't too complicated to use. What I dislike is the UI which seems like it hasn't been updated since android 2.0. While being amoled friendly it still lacks any type of contrast and all I can see is black on white with text squished inbetween. I guess you get used to it after time. It also failed to load my album covers correcly which wasn't a big deal but still annoyed me overall. The equalizer was pretty straight forward and useful but it didn't seem superior to any other free music player. In the end the bad UI and all those minor annoyances made me switch back to my all beloved phonograph.
I would give Poweramp a solid 6.9/10
No, you should use spotify it's better
>0.10€
where? its like 5€ here in my play store
>using google play
>he fell for the listening to music in public meme
this
Yeah, fuck op it's 4.30€ for me
Use Apollo, get it from XDA.
Location based sales.
We got a lot of 0.10€ sales recently here in Germany.
No what the fuck is wrong with you.
Neutron = best player
That pretty much looks like a reskinned versio of Poweramp. The UI placement is nearly identical.
That should be illegal.
wtf i hate play store now
Functionality in a music player is redundant. They all play music the same. Just get a free one with a clean interface.
Yes because it's too hard to pirate
Can you unlock it without going through the Google play store?
