Nvidia Disk Usage

>disk usage after ~2 months of driver updates
why the fuck is this acceptable

idk either

DELETE THIS

no seriously, you can delete that folder

At least your windows\installer folder isn't 32GB like mine.

mines 650 mb

All that spyware really takes up a lot of space.

Just delete it, that folder is a storage. All the drivers and shit are installed into the Windows folder, you don't need the Nvidia folder anymore.

>Windows problems.

You can delete C:/AMD and C:/Nvidia. I think Intel drivers will spam your main drive with shitty temporary folders too.

It's not like you need that GPU for anything worthwhile on Linux anyway.

That folder can be deleted after you install the driver. It's only kept there for backups in case of a problem that requires you to reinstall or rollback from safe mode.

lolk

300+MB is still bigger than it should be.

Don't talk shit about things you don't know.
I'm actually about to upgrade my GPU and I don't game on Windows at all.

Majority of that is opencl/cuda/compiler/vdpau shit.

If you only count the opengl libraries and the kernel module its probably more like 50MB.

You do realize that's just the extracted installer files that have no use after installation right?

I am making a wide smile of happiness right now.

You can clear the Installer folder. It doesn't do anything harmful.

The Apple MacBook Pro with Retina Display doesn't have this problem.
