First for feeling of oneness with cup rubber

Leopold keyboards look really nice thanks to whoever recommended it just wish it had lighting

topre = overrated as fuck

smooth spherical sculpted when?
but it might look less professional if it were something like Jukebox

The box said it was made in Germany.

Leopold comes in a 96 key layout besides the TKL and full size.

Why are Poker II's the best keyboards on the market?

What are my options for some heavy af %60 cases? No unobtainable, customs I missed to buy on some random day with a secret handshake 5 years ago please. Pic related.

bost that boibussy user :DDD

>not using Yotsuba B
It looks great even with F.Lux.

guess you're right about the spacebar
I would be using one of my 4 chink spacebars but they make an offensive noise.
I'm starting to like the sound of the stock ABS spacebar.

Oh my gosh looks so good just just just
>NO LIGHTING

Thread reminder what a true mechanical keyboard looks like.

Hey guys, just got this unicomp earlier today. Noticed the L key was acting weird so I took the keycap off. I saw the spring wasn't in the center like the rest, is there anything I can do here or am I screwed?

Great keyboard otherwise.

Forgot pic

Probably not.
Make sure the spring sits in the keycap like the other ones do.
There's supposed to be a specific part of the keycap that comes in contact with the spring. Make sure the spring under the L keycap sits like the springs under the other keycaps do.

Is Leopold FC660C a good Topre? Can I get aftermarket 55g rubber sheets for it?

I have a Unicomp classic and a Rosewill 92000k or whatever it's called.

Both good. I've also owned a K70 which I liked.

Blue switch 4 life.

Anyone ever try black switches?

Just tried what you said, it works for about 30-40 presses and then the key gets quieter and won't register every so often. Did you mean probably not able to do anything? Or probably not screwed?

For maximum satisfaction, watch 500 hours of Abom79, Ksruckerowwm, Clickspring, mrpete222, and KEF791 on youtube then make your own.

soon

using black switches right now. they're pretty good.

i can kind of see why people call them a heavier red switch, because they're both linear, but having used both reds and blacks the difference in weight honestly puts both of them in completely different categories. i don't mistype nearly as often on blacks as i do with reds, and since i'm not really a fan of the clicky switches, this is pretty much perfect for me.

Hey guys, me again. Played around with the keys a little more and I think I fixed it. I just switched the little key cover underneath the keycaps so the cover under the L was moved to the K and vice versa.

>Can I get aftermarket 55g rubber sheets for it?
There are no aftermarket sheets for any Topre.
You would have to buy another Topre board, a "doner" board, and take the domes from that.
It's a Leopold, so it's *probably* a good board kek. Elitekeyboards used to carry it but they stopped.
A shame, that board was really popular and still might be hard to find.
Are those like ASMR videos?

Gotta try those then. I use blues currently. I want something firmer.

>no legends
JESUS fucking WHY

What do you do if the keyboard you want to buy is not available in your preferred layout (qwertz)?

Wife got me a CM Novatouch and Skull Squadron keycaps for Christmas. How'd she do?

Leopold's cherry stabilizers feel pretty smooth compared to other boards with cherry stabilizers. And they also come with cherry profile PBT caps and a detachable cable.

Fuck. I guess I'll just have to deal with 45g.

what keyboard is this

beautiful. wish i could find one

>There are no aftermarket sheets for any Topre.

ebay.com/itm/112137004390

Your mileage may vary.

How the hell did she found a Skull Squadron? Just beautiful.

What am I looking at here? Is this a painted lolita?

If I were you I'd marry her again for that.

Is your wife a neckbeard too?

Alright, get ready to read my blog.

I am typing from my new mechanical keyboard, purchased from Amazon. (amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01DBYNVSY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
I have seen this with another name in the US, but being from chinkland, doesn't surprise me they rebranded or got chinked by another chink brand.

Anyway, it is awesome to type in. My first mechanical was a Steelseries M800. It died and got a refund. Fell back to a non mechanical and it just tired me the fuck out.

Anyway, just wanted to tell you this feels like a premium kyboard to me. I also love that I can finally get custom keys!

maybe because remembering a few keys isn't hard or because he uses a non retarded layout?

can anyone recommend a keyboard under 35 dollars with tactile or clicky cherry MXs?

I'm looking at getting the one that user has here but I want more options if his broke easily

forgot to mention i should probably get tenkeyless or smaller. I've got a separate numpad

Staggered QWERTY layout is pretty retarded though Tbh.

literally the one that user posted, nothing is cheaper except maybe the g84-4100 or some used one.

exactly why one would use blanks, i got them to switch to malt.

Mine did not break easily, the M800 from Steelseries did. This feels heavy and like I could take it to a warzone.

As a sidenote, I contacted Steelseries to challenge them on their ability to beat this cheap as fuck keyboard and they said they will send me a keyboard to compare, no strings attached.

I will make a jewtube vid when it's here.

ajazz ak33 from aliexpress

can anyone recommend a good stie for keycaps in the UK?

So i ordered a set of cherry MX switch testers, to find a switch i like before i go out and buy a keyboard. I have only tried my friends cherry reds and i didn't like the feel of them

Anyway, my question is. Does anyone have experience with the company WASD Keyboards. I was looking for sellers of keyboards and they allowed for any switch type and were very minimalist in their design (baring the exception if you customize it) which i like.

So is it worth the money buying from them, are they good quality like their site says or should i look elsewhere?

>Buys 20 guns
>Makes 0 sense since you can only carry one or two at time
>Uses outdated iPhone
>Shitty Monitor

You should buy something useful, you'll thank me later

Been using it for 20mins now, feels really good to be back on mx blue's

They are recommended on the links provided on the OP. Read them.

I own a blue mx 87tkl from WASD. currently three years old. cant really complain for 120 dollars or so. I am waiting that this piece of shit finally dies so I can buy something nicer but it aint happening i am afraid.

I know, i checked the site and is why i asked about them hoping for more info about them. A bit more info about their goods would be nice you know though, not just "it's in the links in the OP"

It's good.

I ordered this yesterday and it's coming tomorrow. Will be my first mechanical keyboard. I needed a keyboard without a numpad since I recently got a giant mouse pad and my arms are too far spread apart. Might as well go mechanical at that price, I figured.

It's mostly for gaming. Supposedly reds are the hardcore gaymer switches, but fuck it. I wanted a nice keyboard for $35 and I'm a sucker for anything tactile. Wold probably like them more than reds anyway.

Got some sweet loot. Vortex PBT + POM shine through KCs. Got 'em for 69 SGD sheckels and ready to go home for muh Ducky RGB

Just got a steelseries m800 because low profile, low travel distance and low force curve.

Best mech keyboard I've owned so far because of those three things combined. Typing feel is so much better than the cherry greens I had, and low travel distance makes them feel more responsive than normal reds for csgo.

Made a christmas profile, a rainbow wave profile, a white rain profile and my standard is a bright orange, so I've already fallen in love with the RGB.

Great board, can recommend.

How long have you owned it, user?

Has anyone ever tried one of these meme switches, and is it worth it? I'm thinking of buying the TADA68 when it comes out with the MOD-M.

And are Zealios a meme?

user whose M800 died here. It was a very good keyboard for the vidya, but I hated typing in it (screenwriter). It was also a good deal for the £90 I spent.

das is still good right, g-guys?

>Budget
Around 100 euro mark
>Location (continent at least)

>Preferred switch type
Reds or blues or browns. Still can't decide so any will do.
>Layout

>Form factor
full-sized
>Backlight
Yeah, that'd be cool, but absolutely not a necessity
>Previous/current keyboards

Ukkeycaps

thanks mate

also, witnessed

Why does my mechanical keyboard double / triple input what I presss .. sssee what I mean?

There's a snake in the keys

how do I get it out?

you must starve it out, so refrain from using the "s" key, replace with "z" instead

good luck

I dont want to kill it I just want it to sstop thiss ssshit

Sounds like key chattering, you can try taking the caps off, pressing them down gently use a contact cleaner or isopropyl alcohol to clean it out.

Probably going to kill the snake in the process though...

Hello Sup Forums friends,

I have money to spend in a mechanical keybord, my max price would be 60€

> Europe (azerty)
> Black (I think this could be the best choice for my first mechanical keyboard as it's average)
> I don't care about function buttons but I sure want numpad
> LEDs isn't required but it would be nice
> Current keyboard: Logitech G15 (meh)

The Steelseries 6GV2 is at 52€ on Amazon, but I think you guys could help me find better / cheaper for this price range

Try to find some second hand Ducky Ones or try to find Ducky Zero KBs.

Not a ducky shill but I have no idea on other pricings of meme KBs

Black or white keycaps, Sup Forums?

leaning towards white to switch it up

which one should I get

Go nuts. Grab a quality PBT set while your at it.

Get the japanese hhkb if you want arrow keys

what's wrong with the fc660c, I like it

Everything is a meme user.

That said I should be getting my MOD-M/MOD-H switches soon. As for feelios they're pretty good actually. Certainly smoother than my mx clears, and not any more wobbly.

thinking about getting one myself. not typically one to get bright colored keyboards but the grey one doesn't look very good

Is this a good keyboard? It's either this or the Logitech G610 blue

>Logitech g105
Is this a good gaming keyboard?

This isn't a mechanical keyboard.

thats the worst keyboard you could have bought

What's wrong with Das keyboards?

Glossy plastic, being overpriced. That's about it.

the white/cream one ofc. Has nicer legends

I have a Das keyboard 4 (which I'm not typing on at the moment) which is metal and has a matte finish. It was pretty expensive but very worth it.
The glossy plastic does look awful, I agree.

also shotty build quality especially when it uses the german design meme

first mech, did i do good?

>ANSI

Better than I did

>bought a CM Storm ultimate
>it has a non standard bottom row

could be worse

Thanks doc

How the heck are you supposed to use that?

...

I think you meant
>ISO with the short backspace

If I had the guy who designed it within the reach of my arm i would choke the faggot to death.

Truly a piss disgusting layout
