If you don't have much experience then make sure you have a good portfolio. Set up several apps on heroku with some django web applications that you made.

The only reason they want experience is because they worry that you might not be able to do the job. Just show them that you can and then experience wont be a problem.

learn angular really well on your own and yes you can get a well paying job

angular jobs are much easier to get than django/flask (at least in my area (eastern US))
